Andreas Panayiotou is the founder and chairman of the Ability Group. 

George Panayiotou is the head of the Business Development, Marketing and Design.

Costas Panayiotou is the head of Asset Management and Research at the Ability Group.

Andreas’s professional career started at a very young age when he worked alongside his father. He learnt about the property business before buying an Islington house. Now he is one of the richest personalities of the UK. He built one of the UK’s largest real estate empire before moving into the hotel business. His company the Ability Group now owns a series of luxurious hotels in Europe.

Andreas sold 7000 flats and houses in the year 2006-07 before entering the hotel industry. He has a net worth of more than 400 million GBP. 

The Panayiotous own a luxurious yacht, a private jet including a Range Rover, Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce, and a Bugatti Veyron. 

Andreas Panayiotou used to live in a mansion named Heath Hall in North London which he sold in the year 2015 for a whopping US$30 million.
